What the Americans do not want to be told to the world?

The Ethiopians are not capable of running this war even for a single day, let alone one week. This war on the Somali prespective is about self- defence of the Somali people and their will to stay independent of Ethiopia. It has nothing to do with Al-Qaeda and Islamic extremists. Ordinary Somalis are Muslims and because they are Muslims, it is not logic the American base their war on that.
Just before this war, Mogadishu lived in tranquility and peace for the first time since 1991and that condition was prevailing over the land. However, it was interrupted by an alliance of the war on terror: the Americans and their proxy, the Ethiopians.
The scenario of Mogadishu at midnight last night was completely different than what the "civilised world" was doing, celebrating, enjoying and wishing for a good year! Ethiopian forces wreck havoc in the capital. Continuous shelling and bombardment was taking place as the response to a couple of mortar attacks by the freedom fighters.
In the place of glamourous firework, Mogadishu was being shelled and bombarded with BM-21 rockets and heavy artillery. An Ethiopian BM-21 rocket mortar reportedly exploded in Mogadishu’s Suuq Ba'ad market as part of tit for tat, killing eight civilians (a whole family of eight).
Not far from Mogadishu; 10 - 18 km. away the people who were forced to flee from their homes lived . This morning (1 Jan. 2008) the day broke as nearly a million Somalis are enduring yet another round of suffering in make-shif homes outside Mogadishu in desperate and unbearable situation. Many of these people are not only internally displaced people but they are vulnerable: weak, wounded, old, pregnant and young chidlren and women.
The war has many sides of gloomy stories: Yesterday, a commander ( Colonel Farah Abdulle Ga'al "Garam Garam) of the Transitional Federal Government (TFG) was ribbed off by a bomb detonated by a remote control.
He died on the last day of the year, after many years of participating in battles. He fought the initial USC wars against Siyad Barre, the inter-clan wars, and he became the commander of Qanyare Warlord forces. And at last he became a colonel in the Transitional Federal Government forces. Now he started facing the ultimate justice!!!
This morning, news is breaking that the Ethiopian forces are rounding up people in their homes randomly to take revenge of the attack on their bases last night. Nearly 50 civilians have reportedly been taken custody and they will be freed by payments of some hundreds US dollars per head. That is how the commander of the Ethiopian army is making money from Somalia. It is just one of the scenarios.
The war in Mogadishu contains various stories and faces. The result as it is today can be summarised as following: It has forced nearly a million people out of their houses deliberately. In additions more than 10,000 has died in it; while more than 30 thousands have been wounded.
More than 95% of schools, hospitals and clinics are destroyed. What was achieved by the people on their own for the past 17 years is gone today. Privately owned enterprises, companies, media and telecommunication is demolished intentionally.
What the Americans do not want to be told is about genocide in Somalia. There are strong grounds to believe that the Ethiopian government and the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia have carried out acts of genocide on the people of Mogadishu.
There are very evident cases and the international community is ignoring them because the Americans do not want these actions to be told. Unluckily, it is the Americans who will determine what amounts to genocide and what is not under that classification!!
